You can increase the pan size as needed, use the same ratio of gelatin to water. 8" square pan- disposable aluminum 4 packets of unflavored gelatin 1 cup of cold water 1 cup of boiling water Empty the 4 packets of gelatin into the pan and pour in the cold water. Stir to dissolve completely. Add in the boiling water. Stir. Mixture should be clear. Skim the surface bubbles off with a piece of paper. Leave to set up. You can place it in the refrigerator to firm. Gently take the gelatin sheet out of the pan and place on a plastic surface. Now go have fun.
