Meet Agent AOD - Stock Cam, E7 Heads, AOD Trans, Runs 12s

What started out as a bare bones, rolling chassis with no set plan on what it would be, or even if it would be sold or kept? This ‘85 AOD GT, that’s what. And over the past couple years it morphed from a 14-second street car with a stock 5-liter engine into a 12-second street car with a stock 5-liter engine. It’s owner, Mitch, has been affectionately dubbed Agent AOD by his stick-car loving friends, because he’s worked hard to get his street/strip car to leave as hard as a 5-speed Mustang without the risk of tearing up gearboxes.
