Getting the Barn Ready for Packing Season | Remote Alaska
Its getting closer to the summer season, and the big barn is in need of work. We took the day and organized tack and built a new milking stanchion for the goats, and did a little wiring in the barn too. This old building has come a long way from where it started! The snowcat helped haul lumber and hay back to the big barn, and we started working with the haflingers on getting used to firearms. They did wonderfully! Moose burgers topped with bone marrow butter + fresh goat cheese for dinner. Til next week, -Dennis, Amy & Lena End Music By: @HawkenHorse, who wrote us "Holdfast". Frontier music and history.
