VA loan inspection requirements | Is it as bad as they say?

VA loan inspection requirements are one of the major reasons that investors shy away from utilizing the VA loan. They hear that the VA loan appraisal or VA home loan inspection requirements are super stringent and the house won't pass inspection. This is only true if you go into a project house blindly. There are actually a lot of very beneficial scenarios in which the VA loan can be used for investors. A great example of this is the VA renovation loan that allows you to buy a fixer-upper property and rehab it completely while still being able to pay 0% down on the property!
