Making Up Lies

The plaintiff claims that he and the defendants’ daughter were very close, and that the defendants weren’t happy about their relationship. He claims they made up stories about him and even tried to get a restraining order against him to prevent him from seeing their daughter. He is suing for time, hotel, and travel expenses he paid to clear his name in court for the restraining order. The defendants claim the plaintiff was brainwashing their daughter. The plaintiff is 23 years old and the defendants’ daughter is a minor, and as a result they believe they owe him nothing.
