Autechre - X4

FLASHING WARNING! NOT MY MUSIC! PLUS 06 - Here continues my visual takes on the Autechre PLUS album, bit by bit. This will expressly be experiments in using the new Fairlight Animator in DaVinci Resolve 21, which just released Jun 2. OMG, it's so much fun, too. Just wait til I really get my head around it. Amazing software just got even better and I'm so happy to own the Studio version now, so much bang for so few bucks. I cannot say PLUS is my favorite of Autechre albums...I can say it's my least favorite, though? Making these is, for me, about making friends with it finally...as well as tying up the album catalog I have already all but animated previously, link down below. It took...what? 4 years? 5? Been quite the road traveled, too. All crafted lovingly in kdenlive and DaVinci Resolve, no AI was used in the forming of these visuals. And no, it's not MilkDrop, ffs. It's pixel motion art derived from the actual sounds, carefully built in layers, by hand. Just sayin', for those that seem confused on how such things might be derived.
