It only reopens for a short window between November and January. Overnight Restrictions: Day trips are allowed in November, but overnight stays are only permitted during December and January. Visitor Cap: Entry is strictly limited to a maximum of 2,000 tourists per day. Environmental Prohibitions: Beach campfires, loud music, night lighting, motorized vehicles, and plastic carry-ons are fully banned.
