Speaker: Pēteris Zilgalvis has served as Judge of the General Court of the European Union since 2021. Before joining the General Court, he was Head of Unit for Digital Innovation and Blockchain at the European Commission, and held several positions at the European Commission, the Council of Europe, and in the Latvian administration.
