Take a small pan and add ¼ cup water 3. Now add pinch of cinnamon powder 4. 1 tsp tbsp vanilla essence (optional) 5. 1 tbsp raisins Raisins are a rich source of carbs 6. Also add 2 tsp brown sugar 7. Simmer on medium heat until apples are extra soft and liquid is at syrupy consistency 8. While this is done, in a medium size pot add 2 cups of water and boil 9. Add 4 tbsp cup oatmeal and cook for 5 min until done 10. Combine the oatmeal and fruit concoction and simmer on low heat 11. Finely add ½ cup of cows milk, sit well 12.
