(picking 613) 'Lock Noob's special tubular tensioner made by Sparrows

The wonderful generous 'Lock Loob' sent me a surprise package with a special tubular tensioner that he invented and which is now made by Sparrows. It is used to tension the inside outer ring on those tubular locks that are not to be tensioned on the pole. The tool works great but I for the dimensions of the disc break lock that 'Lock Noob' sent along I would have put the teeth a bit more apart.
