It is used to describe idol fans who like many fans in a group, however it is generally a derogatory term. This is in contrast to those who have an "oshimen" ("oshi" for short), who is the only one you support. (Again a term from the idol community.) Tough video this week due to the editing. I learned more about using opaque backgrounds on subs. Still doesn't look that great, so still more to learn.
