Had the bright idea to utilise hot things on the plot to cook food...what's the worst that could happen? After a bit of thought and maybe for next years attempt, I'll sear the meat first before sealing and loading into the compost. and then also ensure the bag is clean for an immediate probe check there and then. The temperature taken in the kitchen might.not have been accurate dolce to cooling during transportation from the Plot to the Kitchen. Was still quite interesting to do and rev though!
