Hingdranata Nikolay is a senior practitioner of management and human resource development who has worked across various industries for over 20 years. He began his career as a salesman in the multi-level marketing industry in the 1990s, moving up to management positions in banking, fast food and restaurants, training and consulting, IT and multimedia, hairdressing products and services, and family entertainment centers. Hingdranata spent his childhood in Maumere, a small town on the island of Flores. The third of four children, he grew up in a tough small-town upbringing, working hard from an early age, and being instilled in a family culture that emphasized the values of honesty and hard work. Hingdranata Nikolay earned his NLP Licensed Trainer license from Dr. Richard Bandler in March 2008 in Orlando, USA, becoming the first Indonesian to earn his NLP Trainer license directly from him.
