Making John's Birthday Cake, quite a bit of winging it then

What a coincidence! This year I made the Birthday Cake from Christina Tosi - she was featured on The Chef's table on Netflix - the first season I think - I really like her enthusiastic style. The clips of music are from the royalty free things I can use - they are limited in number and appeal - but I try! they are called Dustbowl and Fireside BUT!!!!! there is more music on this video that I did not intend! I listen to a YouTube channel by Jason Stephenson called Relax me Online - or some such name - I think that is right.
