Peter Brock - 1989 Tooheys 1000 - Bathurst Top 10 Shootout
Peter Brock's infamous pole winning Top 10 lap from the 1989 Tooheys 1000. As history showed, Brock drove the wheels off the Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworth, albeit with a fire extinguisher facing the intercooler which was used going up mountain straight. Despite this, he retained pole for race day but was given a $5000 fine for the fire extinguisher use. Enjoy Brock on the limit! All rights and credit goes to Channel 7 Sport, Australia.
