Trainz Railfanning Pt 38 (Trainzの鉄道ファン３８)

In order to test the Bullet Train, Amtrak built a test track. This test track had to cross a small town where it had to cross the CSX Railroad, NS Railroad and a Tramway on a divided highway intersection/ grade crossing. The town objected, saying it was too dangerous. Amtrak insisted the experimental grade crossing they built would properly protect the cars, pedestrians, NS, CSX and the trams. Can they keep this promise?
