Como Treinar para Correr Rápido Mesmo com Fadiga Acumulada!

Inverted Pyramid Interval Training: The perfect simulation for the end of a race! In this video, join me in one of the longest and most challenging interval training sessions of this preparation. We went to Campo Grande, early in the morning, to complete a demanding block of intervals, structured in an inverted pyramid format: 3 km ➡️ 2 km ➡️ 1 km, with 500-meter intervals to recover. The big challenge of this method? As the intervals get shorter, the pace has to accelerate, but the legs already carry all the accumulated fatigue from the previous blocks! It's the ideal simulation of what happens in the final phase of a major competition: the body asks to slow down, but the mind (and the clock) demand speed. Only 3 weeks left until the next big goal of 56 km with almost 3,000m of positive elevation gain. The goal is clear and every kilometer counts!
