Alsfeld walking tour, GERMANY, Hessen 🇩🇪 I 4K/60fps

Alsfeld is located in the northern part of the Vogelsberg district on the southwestern edge of the Knüllgebirge in Germany, on the western slope of the Alsfeld Basin. The city is located west of the mouth of the Eifa in the upper reaches of the Schwalm. The nearest major cities are Bad Hersfeld, about 39 km to the east, Fulda, about 44 km to the south-east, Gießen, about 52 km to the west and Marburg, about 43 km to the north-west. On our tour of Alsfeld (Vogelsbergkreis - Hesse) we visit the Trinity Church and the Walpurgis Church from the second half of the 13th century. In addition, the market square with the historic town hall, the wine house and many beautifully restored half-timbered houses is the focus of our interest. The fairytale house and the ruins of the monastery buildings as well as a piece of the old city wall and the Leonhard Tower are also on our visit program.
