BEST Girls Getaway Near Brisbane | Lake Moogerah & Scenic Rim Vlog

Welcome to our Girls Trip 2.0 Vlog! We’re heading to Lake Moogerah in the Scenic Rim for a peaceful girls’ getaway surrounded by nature. It was the perfect mix of relaxing, quiet, and fun — and the view from our Airbnb made it even better! We stayed at Moogerah Lake House #6, which fits up to six guests, perfect if you’re planning a trip with more of your girls! Our first stop was Summer Land Camels, where we joined their Tour, Taste & Camel Encounter. We met the baby camels, learned so much about the farm, and enjoyed their tasting board featuring camel feta, milk, salami, and more. Then came the best part, camel riding! It was hilarious and such a unique experience. We even got to feed the camels, which was as chaotic as it was fun. Next, we visited Olive View Estate, an absolute must-visit in the Scenic Rim. The property is stunning, the views are incredible, and lunch there was delicious. We also stopped by their Caravan Store, filled with local produce and goodies, I went a little overboard with the shopping, but totally worth it! We then popped into Bunjergen Estate for some wine tasting, where we met the owner and learned all about their wines. The whole setting was peaceful, with big open tables and a rustic charm. We even made friends with some cows across the road! To end the day, we headed back to the Airbnb for a relaxing evening, soaking in the spa at sunset, then enjoying dinner and cookies by the fire. The next morning, we checked out and of course, kept our girls’ trip tradition alive with a Macca’s stop on the way home (because clearly, cooking isn’t our strength).
