Salmão suculento grelhado na churrasqueira

Hello everyone, in this video I'll share with you my technique for preparing delicious grilled salmon. For Easter, it's a great main course option that will impress your guests. First, I carefully select a fresh, high-quality salmon that's thick enough to be grilled. Then, I prepare a marinade with ingredients like olive oil, pepper, lemon, rosemary, and salt to add flavor and juiciness to the fish. I let the salmon marinate for a few minutes to allow it to absorb the seasonings. Meanwhile, I light the grill and let it heat up. I place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, with the thickest part of the salmon toward the bottom of the grill, and let it grill for a few minutes, until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Then, I flip the salmon and grill the other side until it's cooked through, juicy, and tender. You can serve the salmon with grilled vegetables and a glass of white wine to perfectly complement the flavor of the fish. This is my foolproof recipe for succulent grilled salmon, which is sure to be a hit at Easter and other special occasions. I hope you enjoy it and try it at home! #easter #salmon #fish
