We're in Copenhagen, Denmark. Not wanting to pay the expensive ship prices for a tour of the city we opted for a Hop-On Hop-Off bus at the end of the pier. This cost around $30 per person and allowed us to see the city at our own pace. First stop is to Rosenborg Castle, built in 1606 as the summer home for Danish Royalty. The castle is over 5 stories tall and houses furniture of the period, an armory and the Danish Crown Jewels. One of the other famous stops in Copenhagen is to see the Mermaid by the sea, from a fairytale buy Hans Christian Anderson.
