Fra hjem til hjem. Jeg er netop hjemvendt fra Danmark til Cypern og foelte mig inspireret til at lave et flow til jer paa dansk. Vi bevaeger os stille og rogligt igennem en sekvens som er lavet med det formaal at styke vores kerne, specifict de muskler der loeber paa siden af kroppen (external obligues). At disse muskler er staerke kan vaere med til at mindske specielt problemer i baade laenden og skuldre og nakke. Jeg fjumre som saedvanligt lidt rundt i mine "cues" men jeg haaber du kan baere over med mig. Knus. Louise.
