Orange lovers will adore this cookie! 💛✨ ⸻ 🥄 Ingredients for Orange Filling • 2 cups (400 ml) orange juice • 2 heaping tablespoons (30 gr) cornstarch • 1 heaping tablespoon (15 gr) semolina • 2.5 tablespoons (45 gr) sugar • 1 grated orange peel Chill the cream thoroughly, first at room temperature, then in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. This is important. * 🧈 Ingredients for Cookie Dough • 100 gr butter • ½ cup (90 gr) granulated sugar • 1 grated orange peel • 1 egg • 1 teacup (125 gr) yogurt • 2.5 cups (300 gr) flour • ½ teaspoon baking powder • 1 packet of vanilla Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Important* For topping Powdered sugar Since it's a filled cookie, it's already soft, and adding powdered sugar and letting it rest makes it even softer.
