I suffer from low blood pressure and am extremely weak in the mornings. I love music, but I can't listen to anything too intense first thing in the morning because it makes my heart race...😂 Even an alarm can startle me like a seizure, so I prefer more mellow music in the morning. I figured there were other people like me, so I created a playlist perfect for getting ready or commuting in the morning.✨I chose songs inspired by winter mornings when the sun rises later and you can start your day off right with a quiet awakening.
