Bezpieczne wakacje

The annual educational and preventive campaign "Safe Holidays" was launched at the Town Hall Square in Jelenia Góra. The event, organized by the Municipal Police in cooperation with local uniformed services, aims to educate children and young people on how to avoid hazards during summer vacations. This year's event saw the participation of our friendly municipal police from Trutnov, Czech Republic, for the first time. Participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with rescue equipment and attend lectures from the Mountain Volunteer Search and Rescue (GOPR), the Fire Department, the Police, the KPN (KPN), and the Śnieżka Forest District on safety in the mountains, by the water, on the roads, and in the forest.
