I Wanted to Enjoy Etrian Odyssey

Hey guys! Today I'm bringing you a video about my experience with Etrian Odyssey Origins Collection. It's a remaster of the first 3 games in the franchise. Now, I didn't play a TON of this game, but I went in doing my best to try to enjoy it. I don't have anything bad to say about the game itself. The fantasy that it provided just didn't match my own tastes. There aren't any major problems with the game but instead, I simply just could not find a way to enjoy it. I found that the game was designed around making small bits of progress through the dungeon instead of larger strides of progress each time I went in. This kind of frustrated me a bit until I learned that, that's how the games are (or at least I think that's the case). Basically, this is a case of a game's gameplay fantasy not appealing to me, it's not a critique of "Oh this game is bad because I don't like it" because that's not true. I think the games themselves are fine, maybe not for that price, but still fine nonetheless. They just didn't appeal to me and that's okay.
