Total CMS 3.5 Release Candidate 10

It's crazy that it's only been a month and we have gone from RC1 to RC10. I promised myself that once we hit the release candidates, there would be no new features. There haven't been any new big features. There are some nice new small features. Everything is really much more stable now too. I want to give a big thanks to everyone who has been brave enough to test. To be honest, the only reason that I have not officially shipped it is that I really want to get the website up and running before this version launches.
