The Groovmaster Label Saver and How I Clean Vinyl Records

Here I show off the "Groovmaster" record label saver device which protects your vinyl record labels when you clean your records. I go over the methodology and the thinking behind the device and cleaning out the grooves. These are usually available on ebay, or if you do a google search you will find the designers email address who will sell you the protector directly. If you do another search, you can also find ways to DIY one yourself, if your are interested. However, this is a great product and I can't recommend it highly enough. Now, I believe this method works better than the spin clean method, and close to a RCM (Record Cleaning Machine), but here is a great video that does a before and after sound samples, since I didn't have the ability to do that in this video:    • Video
