The Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough, in collaboration with the City of Montreal's Urban Planning and Mobility Department, is holding a public consultation on the Hochelaga bike path and street safety on April 2, 2026. In addition to the four in-person sessions offered at 2:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 7:00 p.m., and given the high level of interest in this consultation, the 7:00 p.m. session will be webcast live to allow those who wish to participate remotely: ⸱ Watch the live webcast of the presentation by the technical teams and the question period. ⸱ Complete an online questionnaire that they will receive by email at the end of the presentation, to express their views on two options for developing an east-west bike path in the neighbourhood and share their needs and priorities regarding safety on Hochelaga Street.
