徳島の山奥にポツンとある食堂！細い山道をキャンピングカーで行ってみた！四国＆淡路ツアーパート１

This is a slightly longer tour before our Hokkaido tour. We took a detour in Tokushima to Ehime Prefecture. We returned from Kochi to Tokushima, completing a tour around Shikoku, excluding only Kagawa Prefecture. It's quite a long trip! This time, we'll be covering the departure and detour. The detour was so tough, long, and exhausting that it ended up being one video lol. Tsurugi Town, Mima District, Tokushima Prefecture, is famous for its Handa somen noodles. As we drove along a narrow, winding mountain road alongside the river, we came across a stand-alone restaurant nestled in the mountains. Furuta Shokudo. An inspiring restaurant run by a son who has taken over the business from his mother. This restaurant is garnering attention for its traditional okonomiyaki and the super-strong noodles that the current owner learned from and developed using his own unique method. The firmness and elasticity of the udon noodles is surprising, even for Sanuki udon, and is on par with Yoshida udon! This restaurant is definitely worth a visit!!! They share their experiences with van life, the outdoors, rural living, travel, and living with animals. The husband, Ochan, is originally from Tsu City (lol). He works as a television program writer and website producer. His wife, Miko, is a writer. She's originally from Kanagawa Prefecture. Their daughter moved out of the prefecture for university, so it's just the two of them living together with a cat and a dog. They both love camping and traveling. Their first camper van was a Hymer S550. They then built their own light Every camper van (No. 1), then a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter camper van (No. 2), and now travel around the country in a modified Global Exstage van they bought secondhand. I use a wood stove. I love canoeing and snorkeling! In 2012, I built an "adult secret base" on my property with over 200 friends. We use it as a base for various activities.
