Color with Tombow Dual Brush pens and colored pencils together

Demonstrate the three techniques of how I lay down the base tone with the Tombow dual brush pens and then used colored pencils to blend and highlight over the base of the brush pens. In this video, I used Tombow dual brush pens and prism premier colored pencils. I specified the codes of the colors I used throughout the video.
