Birdwatchers (Tomato Paste) Sugar Wash
This past week I have had quite a few calls and requests from viewers for advice on their stills and some operational issues they were experiencing. In a few of those calls I mentioned that it would be best to bash out a sugar wash as a cheaper option to run the still in. Having said that I thought it best to "BASSH" out one of the best and the easiest sugar wash recipe known around the world - Birdwatchers also known as Tomato Paste wash (TPW) Believe me when I say this is the cheapest, easiest and most versatile recipe you can have in you repertoire. I use it personally when I have left my still for a long time, I also use it as base for making my gin. As a vodka it is totally drinkable too. I would run it through activated carbon to make it cleaner. I hope you enjoy this video. If you have any questions or need some extra advice, please feel feel to drop your query down in the comments I will gladly help wherever I can. Thanks again for watching - Keep "Stillin" music: https://www.bensound.com/
