May 25, 2025, Franconia, NH. Memorial Day weekend family trip. It's not over until it’s over—winter still lingers up here in the Whites. We all made it to Cloudland Falls, and four of us continued on to Little Haystack. Along the way, we spotted one brave soul who had ventured onto Franconia Ridge toward Lafayette, leaving behind a single track—experiencing all four seasons in a single day.
