Wells Fargo Loses an Appeal (Not Rewarded for Dirty Tricks)
I have written repeatedly about this case...it shows just how dirty and abusive and arrogant the banks can be when they are attacking homeowners. In this case, the good court (both appellate and trial courts) stood up to Wells Fargo, and protected the rights of the consumer. (And the rule of law) These cases show just how fortunate we are to live in this part of the state where there is such dignity and respect for courts and for the law. I was glad to sit second chair as Michael Fuino hit this one out of the park!
