34.5KV cable leak ( part 1 )

This 34.5KV cable is another one of our big leakers I started and about a quarter of the way we found where I think is the biggest leak in this circuit, and this is a very big circuit that goes through the middle of downtown L.A and heads west , so with out removing the whole aka bandaid off the cable and the cable is still energized, I am going to wait until we take it out , as in de-energized to examine the problem and fix it .
