This online wine event explores the 'other' sparkling wines of France, beyond Champagne. * It’s easy to jump to Champagne when thinking of the sparkling wines of France, but those ‘in the know’ appreciate that there is value and quality to be found in exploring the fizz from other regions. In this informal masterclass we will explore a range of wine styles from the better known crémants of the Alsace to the more obscure regions like the Jura. We’ll be talking about how they are made, which varieties are used and – most importantly – what they taste like! This light, easy to understand tutored event will be a whistle-stop tour around France brimming with bubbles and fun facts.
