Lindsay Clancy Tears Up as Judge Discusses Kids' Deaths

While discussing motions on Thursday afternoon, Lindsay Clancy seemed to get emotional and looked like she wiped away tears with her hand and a tissue at times. She killed her three young children inside the family's home in January 2023 before attempting to take her own life. Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, were found with exercise bands around their necks. The judge heard from both sides about not allowing certain witnesses to testify at the hearing but ultimately decided that this was a topic he would discuss at trial after hearing from witnesses.
