This is a review of Demon Ex Machina: Titanic Scion, which was released on September 5th. This title takes on the challenge of introducing an open world to the previous title's mecha action x hack-and-slash format. This challenge makes the hack-and-slash element that is the game's appeal even deeper, and the unique addictiveness is still alive and well, surpassing the previous title. On the other hand, roughness in the storyline remains an issue from the previous game, and overall it was a shame.
