Lying Landlord

The plaintiff rented a room from the defendant after Hurricane Sandy left him homeless. He claims the defendant didn’t tell the other tenants that he had a dog, and she threatened to throw him out. He claims he refused to leave, so she shut off his utilities and threw trash all over his room. He’s suing for relocation costs.
