So the first thing we will learn is the ECEF: Earth Centered Earth Fixed Coordinate System. A coordinate system we used GPS satellites. It is a geocentric coordinate system in cartesian (3-D) coordinate system (x, y, z) with the origin at the Earth’s center of mass and rotates with the Earth’s rotation.
