I test drove the new Kia Seltos. I tested the 1.6 gasoline hybrid and the 1.6 turbo 4WD, respectively. They have very different personalities. First of all, I'm very satisfied with the improved design and larger body. The hybrid is a good choice for fuel efficiency, while the 1.6 turbo is a good choice for price, performance, and fun. The ride quality fluctuates somewhat depending on the trim, and the overall balance is somewhat lacking.
