Langue de Chat (Cat's Tongue Cookies), aka Copycat Milano Cookies!

If you have a LOT of leftover egg whites, make financiers. If you have just 1 or 2 egg whites, make Langue de Chat ("cat's tongue“), a French cookie that looks like it came out of a fancy European bakery - and tastes like one too! Just one egg white makes a whole tray! These buttery thin cookies are great for entertaining and impressing your guests. They'll never guess how cheap and easy to make these are! Ingredients: 1 egg white (~30g) 30g sugar (2 tbsp) 30g butter, melted (2tbsp) 15g flour (2 tbsp) 15g ground almond (2tbsp) 1/2 tsp vanilla paste or extract Instruction: Mix everything together until fully combined. Pipe the batter out to any shape you like. Bake at 375F for 9~10 minutes. Cookies are soft and bendable just out of the oven.
