Agar video pasand aaye toh Like πŸ‘, Share πŸ“² aur Channel ko Subscribe πŸ”” karna mat bhooliye! 🍀 Ingredients 500 g prawns (cleaned & deveined) 2 cups basmati rice (soaked for 30 minutes) 2 onions (thinly sliced) 2 tomatoes (chopped) 2 green chilies (slit) 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste Β½ cup curd 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp ghee 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 bay leaves 4 cloves 4 green cardamoms 1-inch cinnamon stick 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder Β½ tsp garam masala Salt to taste ΒΌ cup chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp mint leaves 4 cups hot water πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Method 1. Wash and soak the basmati rice for 30 minutes. 2. Heat oil and ghee in a pot. Add cumin, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon. 3. Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown. 4. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. SautΓ© for a minute. 5. Add tomatoes and cook until soft. 6. Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt. 7. Add curd and cook until the masala is well combined. 8. Add the prawns and cook for 2–3 minutes. 9. Add soaked rice, coriander and mint. Gently mix everything. 10. Pour in hot water, cover and cook on low flame until the rice is perfectly done. 11. Sprinkle garam masala, let it rest for 10 minutes, then fluff gently and serve hot with raita, salad or pickle.
