Live: RTE execs face second day of grilling at Public Accounts Committee over Ryan Tubridy payments

Members of the RTE board and senior executive team will face questions on the misreported payments scandal at the Oireachtas parliament’s Public Accounts Committee. It is the Dail’s spending watchdog and it has been given powers through a fresh vote yesterday to look under the bonnet of the broadcaster. It is the second visit from the RTE management to Kildare Street in two days. They faced a gruelling four and a half hour session before the Media Committee yesterday.
