DJ Gig Log: 30th Birthday Party with Gatsby Theme and DJ Setup Tour Party & Dancing

This week I was DJ ing at The Lion Hotel in the centre of Shrewsbury, its a fabulous ball room and a room I have worked in loads of times. Well what a great party and people to work with! The fact that it was such a good night made up for the fact that the room was on the 1st floor of the Lion Hotel, Shrewsbury. And the lift was not working! The party was a 30th Birthday and had a Great Gatsby Theme with a 30 minute Electro Swing set at 9pm. I was provided with a list of tunes to work with and a list of tunes and artists that must not be played. I was great fun working with this bunch, although the numbers were not massive, only about 45 people they were out to have a fab time and danced the night away!
