Lead Acid - OUT, LiFePo4 - IN! DIY - UPS 12V battery replacement. Cheaper than the original!

Hi. Over the last couple of years, I have accumulated several non-working UPSs in my office. They all quit working because the built-in 12V Lead Acid battery went bad. I have replaced it from time to time, but those batteries do not last long. When the grid went down a few days ago, and my UPS did not prevent my PC from crashing, I finally decided to do something about it...
