Seb fell off his road bike a while back fracturing his ulna pretty badly, requiring surgery (ORIF). He has since had the hardware plate REMOVED (second surgery) and into the Physio. Lucky for Seb here we have some awesome joint mobilisation techniques for his elbow to improve the extension ROM and help him full recover and strengthen it up. AP glides for his elbow are highly effective as to is the added benefit of the seatbelt.
