When dysphoria feels suffocating
In this episode of Trans & Transparent, we talk honestly about what it feels like when dysphoria becomes overwhelming. Sometimes it sits quietly in the background, but other times it can feel suffocating and impact confidence, self-perception, and everyday life. We share personal experiences, how dysphoria shows up for us, and the ways we try to cope when it feels heavy. We also share a quick update. After this episode we will be taking a short break while we move studios, but Trans & Transparent will be back soon. Expect episodes to be coming out in April again!
