Minneapolis shooting update: 2 children killed, 17 injured, gunman dead

UPDATE: The Minneapolis police chief says two children ages 8 and 10 are dead, and 17 are injured including 14 children in a mass shooting that happened at the Annunciation Catholic School during a morning worship.
