It was incredible to see a Convertible 59 Chevy Impala Lowrider scraping the street, and another 1959 hardtop cruising 3 wheel motion and dragging metal. Gas Hopping Cadillac Lowriders hit back bumper alongside Lowriders hitting switches; bouncing and hopping.
